Reserve Your Ride
Check our availability and our terms & conditions on the booking page. We require a valid drivers license, refundable security deposit and your selection of insurance coverage. We will send you an email to upload that information after you book your van. You will also be receiving an email link to our Google Guide Map. Feel free to send us any questions you may have via chat or checkout our FAQ page.

Sign our Rental Agreement
After booking you will receive a confirmation email as well as an email to e-sign our rental agreement via Docusign. This is the same rental agreement from the terms & conditions you agreed to when booking. Please be sure to read as you are subject to these during the entirety of your rental. You will be able to upload your Auto Insurance Policy and valid Drivers License via the Docusign email.

Hit the Road
You are now all set! We will meet you at check-in time. Allow some time for us to go over the van and then...you're off for an ad-VAN-ture of a lifetime with all the beauty that Big Island has to offer!
